Our small herd of purebred Large Black pigs roam freely across large parts of the estate, living almost entirely on forage alone. This produces a uniquely deep flavoursome meat.
Our pork is available in selection boxes, professionally butchered and packed fresh ready for your freezer. All our boxes contain a selection of cuts tailored to each individual animal.
All our sausages are made with 98% pork, no rusks or additives making them GLUTEN FREE!
